Repair Terms and conditions

  • Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty.
  • Where a customer finds that a product is not functioning: upon opening of the Product Box within 7 days from the date of purchase, the Customer may report Kiehberg for due redressal with product along with the original brand box, all in-box accessories and original invoice.
  • All original items replaced in the performance of services shall become the property of Kiehberg and the new or replacement parts will become the property of the customer.
  • Warranty is subject to verification of documents and/or information provided by the customer and Kiehberg reserves the right to seek such additional documents and/or information from the customer as it may deem appropriate.
  • The product must be used in accordance with the instructions on the instruction manual, as determined by the manufacturer.
  •  In case of any damage to the product / misuse detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.
  • If after inspection it is determined that the repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, parts will be chargeable as per company policy/price.
  • Service for all weapons is free under warranty period*
  • Repair is done at our workshop from Monday-Saturday (09:00 AM to 06:00PM), Customer can visit or send their weapon at below address

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • Physical damage will not be considered under warranty.
    Physical damage caused by abuse accident misuse, liquid log in any part earthquake, fire, short circuit or any other damages external or internal.
  • Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Center / Company personnel.
  • Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
  • The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product.
